These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website youngbehaviours.com and the Practice Language Naturally mobile application (together, the "Platform"), and any courses or digital content purchased through them. The Platform is operated by Young Behaviours Press, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account is intended for one person; accounts may not be shared.

3. Courses and licence to use content

Our courses consist of digital educational content (text, lessons, exercises, and related materials). When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access and use that content for your own learning for the access period described at the time of purchase (currently 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase). You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or publicly share course content, in whole or in part.

Because course content is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, without refund where the breach involves misuse or redistribution of content.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, text, graphics, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by Young Behaviours Press or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. See our Ownership Statement for details.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Platform available and course content accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or discontinue courses and features. If we permanently remove a course you have an active purchase for and cannot provide reasonable equivalent access, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for general educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any course is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@youngbehaviours.com or +92 346 4613992. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and to resolve them within 5–7 business days. If you paid by card and cannot resolve an issue with us, you may also contact your card issuer.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
